Accordingly, ethos is not satisfied if in any way is disturbed whichever of previously mentioned criteria. If one wants to keep school ethos on satisfactory level, positive general disposition has to be at school as well good intermal personal relations. There are relations among pupils, relations between teachers and pupils, relations among teachers themselves, relations between employees and headmaster and, relations between headmaster and parents, as well relations between headmaster and local community. Abstract: One comprehends school ethos as various relations that appear in a community (school).
